a serious flow stopper

"When we do what we do best, what we do naturally... we are experiencing flow. But there are many ways to stop that flow. In an freewriting email exchange with Carlos, I just realized one of my biggest flow stoppers: taking things seriously."

I wroze this paragraph on the 6th July of 2004! It's been sitting in my drafts folder ever since. Guess what stopped it from going out to the blog? I tok it too damn serious! hahahah. No really. I wanted to polish, refine, elaborate, make clear. When really it already say all that needs to be said. Or maybe I just lost the rich context that it was originally written in and that I failed to capture back then.
