this article on fear management one line popped up reglarly: 'What is the worts thing that could possibly happen?'. That's a thought that has been with me ever since school days. If you fear something and ask yourself that question, chances are the worts thing isn't even as bad as your un-specified fear. Noone dies of bad grades. But students are conditioned to act as if they would. And that fear is - perversly - exactly what leads to those bad grades 90% of times. 'Blocked by Fear'. Overcome the fear - or make it smaller by putting it in relation - and mostly you'll perform much better...
