blivet - 2/10/2002 Other parents have learned this lesson I'm sure, but I'll toss this out for those who have not walked that parentling path yet. When babies are dressed in those little elastic waist pants that characterize more presentable outfits (such as something one might dress a four month old in to go to a Episcopal Church baptism), the pants can tend to work downwards as wiggling, squirming, and general baby arm and leg flailing proceeds. Please bear in mind that this pant lowering could be coincindent with lowering the diaper concealed within as well. Thus — hypothetically speaking you understand — the prized quality of diaper content containment could, again, hypothetically speaking, become sub-optimal. Should this occur, you will rapidly aware of and then become actively disappointed in your situtation. Hypothetically of course. You have been warned.
