Scott had the opportunity to meet a preson plying a Chapman Stick live, and chat:

Well, do I envy him. My only contact was a demo-stick in a music store once, missing a string and out of tune. I twiddled with it for an hour or so, but lacking the knowledge to tune it gave up soon. Must I say I still dream of this instrument from time to time?
