Traumwind - iSight, mySight?

so I might actually have cleared my digicam dilema... My sight are now on an iSight... it's not actually what you'dthink of as a Camera, more like a video cam... but still. For what I'll be doing with it it might be ideal. Does anyone have any experience with using it for real close-up shots? Kind of like in macro mode? It says it can go as close as 50mm in the spec.
