Traumwind - digital camera...

I might be shopping for one after X-Mas... I was told the Sony DSC P32 might be what I'm looking for... well, it's about the top price-wise I'm willing to pay. So now I'm looking for similar cameras, to be better prepared when eBay hunting. What I want is NOT high-pixel resolution, but reliable high-quality snap-shots, optical quality being more important than pixel-resolution. I'll be doing more close ups and maybe some portait stuff, but reasonable out-door (sky, landscape) photos should be possible...
