I think I need to eyplain why I
think the MeanigfullMachines aproach has some similarity to Compression Analysis, as I'm pretty sure the association exits only in
my mind somehow.
The main way of lossless compression is finding patterns in the data, trying to find the biggest possible repeating sequence of bytes... That is a kind of 'pattern recognition' that is very well established. So if one sees words as bytes, and phrases and sequences of bytes, the two are not so very far apart anymore...
