that would explain why I onbly get so very little done from day to day. And why I desperatly stay up late after my family has finally gone to bed... three hours of unimterupted concentration.

Maybe this also explains why sometimes things seem so very hard to grasp, while a few days later they just seem to come naturaly. The amount of concentration time one can submit might be the deciding factor.

But that still doesn't really solve my shism at work. I would have those three hour zones available quite often. But only I can't calculate them. I'm not really free to assign them as 'free'. And I never know when someone might come barging in with 'important' work for me to do. (which happens far to seldom OTOH)
