Traumwind - litte update on my own prison

That title was there for a reason, but I think the text came over slightly in a different direction.

What I wanted to says by the 'prison' thing is this: I often catch myself bragging about not being able to do this or that... But when I really think about it, I usually find the reasons (barriers) where all self-made, kind of 'in my head'.

I (too) often feel myself a 'victim of cirumstance' when actually those circumstances are all my own making...
