Traumwind - evaluating Forum Software

is what I've been doing.
I need a Communitry like thing, with emphasis on Discussion.

PHP-Nuke - nice a loads of features, but diffucult to downsize and cusomize
phpWebsite - a spinnoff from PHP-Nuke with far cleaner HTML output and better seperation of Core/AddOn functionality
Phorum - I have the feeling this one will cut the deal. Only my installation seems to have some svere config-problems... grrr
and of yourde there are myriads of other packages, some even in German,,,

phpBB - another reader points out. I've seen that one, but it has far to many power BulletinBoard fdeatures for my use. I don't need / want things like Avatar icons etc... But hanks very much for the pointer!
