I'm having some weird shifts in my sleeping-habits lately... while I usually went to bed rather late during the week, I would mostly catch up on lost time on weekends (sleeping during the day) ...
This weekend was different... I went to bed early, stood up late, and still felt ok. (sleeping longer than a certain amout used to make me even more tiered). So either I was in a real big deficit, or I'm getting old.
Oh, ok and to keep in spirit with that title I put up: I was vividly dreaming. I usually only remeber my dreams when I get to go to bed rather early. Which is a shame, as I am usually most productive in the late hours....
[update at 23:54] ...well now I guess I know whats going on: I seem to be far more reactive to caffeine than most. One cup a day is enough to keep me going almost into the wee hours. But when the week goes to nigh, that seems to wear of more and more, so that I'm tierd day and night. Not that I could sleep then, mind you
